We are always keen to hear from agents, introducers and land/property owners who have sites and property that may meet our current target development site profile, which is:

 

• Freehold or near freehold lots, either with or without planning consent, for lot sizes upto £1 million, and that are:

• Located in any urban locations in England and Wales, and is :

• Green or brownfield land, or; 

• Retail property with upper floors, or;

• Unoccupied offices or warehouses, or;

• Industrial/commercial buildings located within/nearby residential areas​

 

We evaluate all opportunities promptly and work with agent/seller's to establish a fair price, With funding in-place, and with our experienced acquisition team, we are usually able to progress to a timely, and smooth, completion. We then work with the selling agent throughout the project, including the property development completion sale/letting stage so that agents can maximise value from working with us.
